Sound healing
Vibroacoustic Therapy (PureVAT)
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses low-frequency sound vibrations, delivered through a specialized table to the body, to promote deep relaxation and support nervous system regulation. These gentle frequencies work on a cellular level, helping to reduce stress, ease tension, and support overall physical and cognitive wellbeing. This evidence-informed therapy has been used to support pain management, sleep, mood, and neurological health. This service is provided by certified practitioners Dr. Lisa Polinsky, ND and Leah Schmutter, RHT — currently the only certified Vibroacoustic Therapy providers in the Victoria, BC area.
Vibroacoustic Therapy may support:

Tuning Forks
Offered by Dr. Lisa Polinsky, ND, tuning fork therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of sound healing that uses specific frequencies applied around or onto the body. Medical-grade tuning forks are activated and placed on or near areas of tension, acupuncture points, or along energetic pathways to help encourage balance within the nervous system and body.
These precise vibrations can support the release of physical tension, promote circulation, and help shift the body into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state. Many clients experience a deep sense of calm, clarity, and groundedness during and after a session.
Tuning fork therapy can be used on its own or integrated with other treatments, offering a subtle yet powerful way to support both physical and energetic wellbeing.
