CLINIC ADMINISTRATION

sha-la

I enjoy being creative at home and in my patio garden. In the last year, I officially started my yoga journey with the Ashtanga practice and look forward to the power of support from all types of yoga. Grounding at the beach with the feet in the sand has been essential along with welcoming the energetic warmth from the trees. We live in such a beautiful place! I am beyond grateful to be living in Victoria and to be here at Circle Integrative Wellness!
