Vibroacoustic Therapy & Sound Healing

Vibroacoustic Therapy (PureVAT) and tuning fork therapy use sound and vibration to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and restorative care.

These gentle, non-invasive therapies are designed to help calm the body, ease tension, and create space for rest and restoration. Many individuals incorporate sound-based therapies into their approach to stress management, recovery, and nervous system support. Emerging research suggests Vibroacoustic Therapy may also offer supportive benefits for chronic pain, anxiety and depression, insomnia, fibromyalgia, symptoms associated with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, Parkinson's symptoms, COPD symptoms, and other health concerns.

Herbal medicine has been used for centuries to support health and wellbeing. Today, many herbs continue to be valued for their ability to gently support various body systems, including digestion, sleep, stress response, immune function, and hormonal balance.

When appropriate, herbal remedies may be incorporated into your treatment plan alongside other therapies. Recommendations are thoughtfully selected based on your individual health concerns, history, and goals to ensure they are both safe and suitable for your needs.

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing that recognizes the connection between physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and lived experiences.

Rather than focusing solely on what is happening in the mind, somatic therapy explores how experiences may be held within the body and nervous system. Through gentle awareness practices and trauma-informed approaches, individuals can develop a deeper understanding of themselves while building greater capacity for regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.
